Cinnamon Strawberry Breakfast Parfaits

1. This recipe is perfect for a vegan too with almond link and maple syrup. Follow the recipe below.

2. If you don't have almond milk available, if not vegan, use the normal milk you prefer to use and honey.

3. I have used organic oats, you could use what you prefer.

For Bottom Layer

  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • 6 Medjool dates -pit (take the seeds out)
  • 1/2 Cup almond Milk

For 2nd layer

  • 1 1/2 Cups Oatmeal - organic
  • 1 Cup fresh water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 5-6 Fresh strawberries


  1. Wash the fresh strawberries, add them in a blender with dates and milk , blitz  it for few seconds, until it blends well.

  2. Put a pan on a stove , add water, let it become lukewarm, add oats and blend together, when it cooked , it takes few minutes to cook , take it off from the stove and add milk in it and prepare to layer it all together.

  3. Now pour equal portion of strawberry mixture in 2 glasses, add oats on the top of the strawberry mixture as 2nd layer and now add honey or maple syrup on top of the oats in each glasses , divide the cinnamon powder on top of the oats in both the glasses and garnish it with fresh strawberries and serve.

Recipe Notes

Frozen strawberries can be used but then 1st layer will be too cold.
