Take a bowl, add vinegar + squeeze of green lime + salt + black pepper , mix it well and mix grated beetroot in it and leave it for 12 minutes to pickle it.
Take a bowl, add turmeric + salt + pepper + organic coconut oil and microwave it for 1 minute
After that add pinch of red chilli powder , honey , yogurt and mix it well and keep it aside.
Take a bowl or a mason jar -
Mason jar, layer it - Add pickled beetroot, basil + mint leaves ,add chick peas ,toasted pumpkin seeds, add turmeric dressing.
If serving in a bowl , mix all the ingredients and serve , or just add the ingredients and add the turmeric dressing on the top and serve
You could also add a dollop of yogurt on the top of the dressing before serving.
