Avocado Oats Healthy Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Cup rolled oats – organic
  • ½ Cup cocoa powder
  • ½ Cup golden Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Vanilla Pod or vanilla essence
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Chopped Banana
  • 80 Gm black raisins
  • 3 Big grated carrots
  • 50 Gm chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 250 F

    Blitz rolled oats in the food processor to make flour.

    Now into that add avocado, banana in the same blender, blitz for few seconds.

    Add cocoa powder + salt + baking soda + now add eggs + vanilla pod/ essence + golden syrup + honey to the same.

    Take the baking sheet and line it on a baking tray, I take little amount of the batter that I am baking and put it under the baking sheet to stick the baking sheet on the baking tray. (for example 4 sides of the baking tray)

    Pour the batter on the lined baking sheet in a baking tray. Now add carrots, raisins and mix it gently and spread evenly. Top the batter with chopped almonds.

  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes, if it's done, take it out and serve with sour cream.
