Chocolate Instant Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup greek yogurt
  • Dollop of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 Cup rolled oats Organic
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Handful Toasted almonds & chopped
  • Fresh raspberries or your favourite fruit
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon heaped cocoa powder
  • Some dak chocolate chips / dark chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend chia seeds and milk together for 2 minutes continuosly. Keep it aside.

    Toast almonds in a pan, chop it , keep it aside

  2. Take a bowl + greek yogurt + rolled oats +honey or maple syrup + vanilla essence + mix well and now add chia seeds mixture + cocoa powder + orange juice. Mix all well and keep it in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes to set. Serve it with raspberries , chopped toasted almonds + dark chocolate on top

Recipe Notes

You can add 1 teaspoon more cocoa if you really want more chocolaty flavour.
