Ingredients

  • 1 Cup baby spinach
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Frozen banana pieces
  • Dollop of honey
  • 8 Big leaves of mint - if smaller leaves then add 12 leaves
  • 1 Scoop Protein powder optional

Instructions

  1. Blitz all the ingredients together and serve it immediately.

    Garnish it with fresh mint leaves
