Cardamom Summer Mango Drink

  • 1/2 Cup coconut cooking milk - kept 1 hour in the freezer – Read above
  • 1 Cup chopped fresh mango Pulse the mango and make puree
  • Dollop of honey
  • 2 Tablespoons rose water
  • 1 Teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2-3 Strands of Saffron ( Kesar in Hindi)
  • Dry yellow- red rose petals
  • 2-3 Cardamom pods


  1. Blend rose petals and cardamom pods together, put it aside for garnishing on top of Mango drink.

    Now in the blender – add the chilled coconut cooking milk + mango pulp + rose water + cardamom powder + saffron strands.

    Now pulse it & taste the sweetness, add more honey if required. Pour in your favourite glass

    Garnish it with rose powder mixture.
