Super quick, super healthy , good addition in Indo Chinese cuisine.

Fried rice is utterly delicious and easy to make. I have been making this for many years now.I have recently made fried rice with Gobi Manchurian Hope you would like it.

Super easy and so quick to make. I did not use soy sauce because I had prepared these rice with Gobi Manchurian. If you would like to add soy sauce in the recipe, one could add few drops of soy sauce in the rice in the end of the cooking process and cook for 2 minutes

Ingredients
  • Cooked 2 cups Jasmine rice already cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced chest nut
  • 1/2 cup choice of your mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 Chinese celery
  • 2 big sliced garlic cloves
  • 1- 2 green chilies - optional
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
  1. Add oil , garlic , green chilies , all the vegetables in a wok. Saute them on high flame until they get tender and cooked. Now add the cooked rice.
  2. Add Salt
  3. Serve it hot
Recipe Notes
Prepare the basic rice before making the tempura for the fried rice. This makes it easier.
