This is the quickest my way of making garlic bread. I am such a garlic bread lover… are you too?
Sometimes it’s easy for friends and family to try the tried and tested recipe. Here I have 5 minutes prep time garlic bread and no oil required recipe. Garlic bread is so comforting when it is served with your favorite soup or pasta. One doesn’t need to find an occasion to serve this; it can be made well in advance and kept in the freezer for few weeks.
Baguette at the bakery brought the temptation, at home garlic brings an idea and there goes the bread in the oven. This was just an instant quick recipe that I created and so happy to share. Crispy bread, infused flavor of herbs and garlic was just too awesome!! worth trying…
- Butter garlic mixture paste :- Salted butter - not at the room temperature
- 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
- 2 table spoons -dry thyme
- 1 table spoon - dry basil
- 1/2 cup - grated cheddar cheese
Take a baguette and cut it horizontally but not through the bread.
In a bowl - add butter, ginger-garlic paste ,thyme,dry basil ,cheddar cheese.Mix it.
Now start filling the butter garlic mixture in between the loaf.
Adjust the thickness of the paste as per the taste
Put it in the oven for 15 minutes
Turns brown and crispy, take it out of the oven , slice it and serve immediately
If don't like ginger then add only 2 crushed cloves of garlic.Ginger does bring the flavor.
If no oven in the house, spread the garlic mixture and toast it on the pan.
