Cauliflower is called as ” Gobi ” in India.  Restaurants in India serve this dish as Gobi Manchurian.

Indo Chinese sounds unusual to read, oh yeah .. This is entirely customized cuisine served to the need of the foodie’s of India, in other words it’s a thoroughly twisted cuisine as per the taste of foodie’s of India. Manchurian is a pretty well-known dish and very well-liked by the foodie’s. I am one of those who love to eat this dish. Remembering the time spent with friends during college days, going out for lunch and ordering Manchurian with fried rice. Trust me it’s a good twist…

This could be a hit dish on the menu for any get together or parties, it needs to be served immediately. Personally I don’t like to use Ajinomoto { Monosodium glutamate } which is unhealthy and I tend to avoid using it in my food/recipes. It’s very easy to make, yummy to eat; it only takes time if one decides to make it for a big group of people/party.Here is the recipe for Fried Rice
